1 General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by 99exch, including but not limited to the online casino, sports betting exchange, live dealer games, crash games, virtual sports, and any promotional or bonus programmes associated with the 99exch platform accessible at https://99exch.bio.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 99exch account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

You must notify 99exch customer support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 99exch will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.

Each player is responsible for ensuring that all account information remains accurate and up to date. Any changes to your registered name, address, or contact details must be reported to our support team promptly. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

99exch accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount and minimum withdrawal amount are displayed within the Cashier section of your account and may be subject to change.

All funds deposited into your 99exch account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. 99exch does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances. Any deposit received from a payment method that does not match the account holder's verified identity may be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are processed within the timeframes indicated in the Cashier section. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically completed within an average of fifteen minutes for fully verified accounts during normal operating hours. 99exch does not charge processing fees on withdrawals to Bangladeshi mobile wallets; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.

• Withdrawal requests may be subject to a security review period of up to 48 hours for accounts that have not previously completed a successful withdrawal.
• 99exch reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including where the withdrawal amount exceeds a specified threshold.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 99exch offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific promotional terms that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any inconsistency between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

Unless stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 99exch promotions:

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on 99exch are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their selections — including stake amount, market selection, and odds acceptance — before confirming any bet. 99exch will not reverse or cancel confirmed bets except in circumstances outlined below.

For sports betting, including cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, and other events:

• Bets are accepted subject to the availability of the selected market and the sufficiency of the player's account balance at the time of placement.
• In-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Odds may change between the time a bet is initiated and confirmed; the confirmed odds displayed at acceptance are the final odds.
• If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or voided, applicable bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport's rules published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform.
• Maximum stake limits apply to specific markets and events. These limits are displayed within the relevant market and may be adjusted by 99exch at any time.

For casino games, including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and virtual sports, all results are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) technology or by live dealer outcomes. 99exch does not manipulate game outcomes. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game provider and is disclosed within the game's information panel.

99exch reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of a technical fault, data feed error, or where odds or payouts were clearly published in error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account.

7 Prohibited Activities
